On February 23, Consul General Toshihide Kawasaki was invited to witness the signing of Deed of Grant of Usufructuary Rights between Cebu City and Metro Cebu Water District (MCWD), together with the Chief Representative of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Philippines Mr. Eigo Azukizawa for Cebu City’s new Septage Treatment Plant.
This Septage Management project could merit a more efficient septage collection and treatment to deliver safe and potable water for the people of Metro Cebu.
