On October 17, Consul General Hideki YAMAJI attended the ribbon-cutting and inaugural ceremony of Tamiya Philippines, Inc., and Consul General also gave a congratulatory message at the ceremony. The new factory of Tamiya Philippines Inc. is located in the Cebu Light Industrial Park (CLIP) Special Economic Zone at Basak Lapu-lapu City.
