Consul General Hideaki MATSUO offered flowers to the memorial statue of “Cebu Kannon”(Goddess of Mercy) at Marco Polo Plaza, Memorial Monument of 14th Division Southern Army Hospital located at Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center and the Filipino-Japanese Memorial Monument at the Plaza Independencia in Cebu City on January 31, 2024.
