On February 12th, Consul General Hideaki MATSUO warmly welcomed Brig. Gen. Anthony Abellada Aberin, Regional Director, Police Regional Office 7 (PRO7). They discussed further cooperation and closer relations between PRO7 and the office of the Consulate-General of Japan in Cebu.
