　On April 2^nd, Consul General MATSUO visited the Filipino-Japanese-American Amity Memorial at Valencia, Negros Oriental. The shrine stands on the ground where the battle of World War II was fought. This obelisk symbolizes the end of the bloodshed and coming of a new era of peace and friendship among the three countries.
