On September 3, Mr. William W. Yap was awarded with the Certificate of Commendation by Consul General Hideaki MATSUO.
The Commendation was extended to Mr. Yap in recognition of his distinguished service in contributing to the deepening of mutual understanding and friendship between Japan and the Philippines.
The generosity and enormous contributions of Mr. Yap to the Japanese Association in Cebu, the Cebu Japanese School and the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Cebu (JCCI) for more than twenty years have been honored and appreciated.
