Consul General Hideaki MATSUO handed over Japan - related books to University of San Carlos through the "READ JAPAN PROJECT" at the University on March 25. The project is implemented by the Nippon Foundation to facilitate the understanding of Japan for the development of the international community, and the Nippon Foundation donated 175 books to the University.
It is hoped that this project will increase the understanding of Japan among Filipinos and promote exchanges between Japan and the Philippines in the future.
