On January 13, Consul-General Yudai UENO paid a courtesy call on Hon. Thadeo “Jonkie” Ouano Mandaue City Mayor. They discussed strategies for sustainable business development, and strengthening partnerships that can drive economic growth and create more opportunities for Mandaueños. They also exchanged views on importance of good governance, transparency and accountability in local administration.
