2026 Spring Conferment of Decorations on Foreign Nationals: Dr. Minda Jamilosa Formacion, a former President of Philippine Association of Japanese Government Scholars, Visayas chapter (April 29, 2026)

　On April 29, the Japanese Government announced the recipients of the 2026 Spring Conferment Decorations on Foreign Nationals. Among the recipients in the Philippines, a former President of Philippine Association of Japanese Government Scholars (Philajames), Visayas chapter, Dr. Minda Jamilosa Formacion, was awarded the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays, for her contributions in promoting friendship and mutual understanding between Japan and the Philippines.
